Hiii! For your full body day, the last workout, I’m a little confused, it’s the DB push-up to renegade row to walk outs; my question is how many of each are you doing in each tri set? I know for the renegade rows you are doing 16-20, but what about the first and last exercise?

ОтветитьWhen you're working out and you're in the middle of a set, do you cycle throughout all the exercises for that day or do you just do one workout at a time? In other words, when you're in between sets, do you do your other workouts while you're resting?

ОтветитьWtf how can u even do so many sets on leg days???? My body wouldn't be able to recover so u could never increase weights on so many sets. Could u show ur weight progress during this workout program? Cuz i find it hard to believe u r doing progressive overload in every excersise. U can only do this workout with low weights
