When You Don't Put Any Points Into Luck In Fallout 3

Will this genuinely happen if you have 1 luck?

1 Luck means player character should be dead at his birth.

I am curious now does luck affect the random encounter system at all? like higher levels means the standard pool has less chance of harder encounters? F3s vats system is so OP that i always use the a vats crit grim sprint build with a decent luck so can't say if low luck has ever done anything myself lol

Reminds me of my first FO3 playthrough. Don't recall my luck, but my first encounter after leaving Vault 101 was a deathclaw. You can imagine how that went.

Honestly fallout 3s replayability is off the charts.
Take the Escape from Vault 101 as an example.

When Butch tries to ask u for help saving his grandma, your normal options are to save her, convince him to save her w a speech check, or abandon them. BUT, if you picked up ur BB gun before leaving ur room, u can give it to him and convince him to save his grandma without a speech check.
Next, if u invested enough starting stats into Perception, or Intelligence, and got Lockpicking or Science on the G.O.A.T. Exam, you can open a secret safe in ur father's office before leaving.
You can also speak to the Overseer before leaving, and either kill him, convince him to hand over his keys, or surrender ur weapons to him. (SPOILER: He still tries to kill you.)
Also, if u manage to kill all his guards without hitting him, the Overseer will refuse to talk to you lol.

Dang didn't know that would happen. Pretty cool, but sucks. Megaton is like a staple for FO3 lol. I did destroy it on one of my play through though

Yeah. I used to dump charisma and luck for everything else. Never really had any issues. I'm sorry I missed out a ton on critical hits or what not. However 10 strength and 10 Intelligence made up for that it carry capacity and skill points.

Had multiple encounters with enclave soldiers and yao guai with low level 💀
But hey, Charon does look menacingly with the Tesla Power Armour

If you dont luck up in fallout 4 on console you are not going to ADS very well either because they develop a "bob and weave" unless you are hidden and have no caution.

Tis a good joke. Doesnt happen like that however you have fully suited enclave members bum rushing you (weird rng chance). And youll have to make a new save file because you cant fight 3 members with 60 10mm round and vault security armour.

The first time I played I was so fucking dense and oblivious that I couldn't find where to go, so I missed megaton and just wondered the wasteland looking for a settlement, the first one I actually found was tenpenny tower.
