Where the Adjust-A-Cup "takes the cake" is its actual designed purpose. It was made for measuring things like Honey, Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, etc. so that it can all be removed instead of needing to be dug out of a standard measuring cup.
ОтветитьEnjoyed this review of AMAZON kitchen gadgets. Have to laugh at how many people left comments praising Pampered Chef products from 20 or 30 years ago. Kallie was likely wearing pampers when you all were attending those borderline pyramid scheme parties and stocking up on your favorite gadgets. Amazon is where many people look to purchase kitchen tools today. That’s one of the reasons I watch Kallie. Not to say it isn’t fun to hear tales of the past from kitchen historians about the good old days in the comments. 😂
ОтветитьPlz tell us price as well thx
ОтветитьBe careful with your vege chopper box. Don't touch the blades. I cut the heck out of my fingers with mine. The veges got stuck and I thought I could get them out. Nope.
ОтветитьI have my moms Ecko French fry cutter. It is all metal over 50 years old and still works. It looks like the plastic one pictured. Grant it I don’t use it often but when I want home cut fries it’s worth having. It makes me happy with memories when I use it. I have a hand can opener that takes the whole lid off. Much safer then old kind that exposed sharp surface. Had it for over 15 years works like the day before bought it. Did that mandolin have a guard. It scared me you using with out one. 😮
ОтветитьWould help if you said the brand name of the products more clearly
Ответитьtysm for the quality of this video... i've wasted so much time on useless gadget videos that ended up being trash products. I really appreciate the great video keep it up!
ОтветитьYou don't need an Adjust-a-Cup! If you want 1/2 cup of peanut butter, simply fill a clear glass measuring cup with 1/2 cup of water. Add your peanut butter slowly until the water line goes up to one cup. Pour off the water. That's it! I learned this when I was in 7th grade.
ОтветитьWhen you buy a battery operated can opener check that the batteries are replaceable from the top. If they are replaced from the bottom
and they die mid-use, you may not be able to remove it from the can in order to change battery.
I also have a couple of these item from Pampered Chef that I use quite often. But the cord organizers sounded so great that I placed an order before the video ended. Thanks for your review of these items. 😊
ОтветитьYour Christmas Tree Shop closed permanently last week.
Ответить"falls right into the bowl"... uses a spoon to put it into the bowl
ОтветитьHave meat chopper at my $
ОтветитьI have that can opener. Feel the same way. The last 1i will buy
ОтветитьWhat's a "buh-in"??
ОтветитьYou weren't even advertising this fact but I picked it up: LABEL WHERE APPLIANCES GO.
I swear I am the only person in the house that can remember pots on the left pans on the right, but I never thought to LABEL the cabinet areas!!!!
Like, I label bins all day long (medicine cabinet, coat closet, tool box)... But this is genius.
...I'm actually a little afraid my family will still YOLO kitchen storage, but at least now they won't have the "can't remember" excuse!
The chopper would be perfect if the blades stored inside when not in use..
ОтветитьAdjust-a-cup is a dupe for a Pampered Chef Product that has been around for 15-20 years, nothing new invented there. It shocked me you thought it was, not in a bad way. Thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьI use a knock off meat masher to mash up bananas for banana bread 😋 🍌 🍞
ОтветитьMay I say- the “meat chopper” has been regularly used in our house! It really does a good job of breaking up hamburger, etc in the pan. My latest discovery for use is for making tuna fish sandwiches. I like my tuna cut up really fine for my sandwiches and got tired of using a fork to do it…I tried the chopper and got just the right consistency of tuna fish so it would mix well with the mayo and give me an enjoyable sandwich.
ОтветитьI had the measuring cup and it got warped after washing it. threw it away
ОтветитьDON’T BUY ANYTHING OF GREAT VALUE AT AMAZON!!! WE BOUGHT TWO RUGS AT AMAZON AND IN LESS THAN A YEAR THEY WERE FALLING APART!!!!WE PAID $900.00 AMAZON WILL NOT REFUND OUR MONEY!!!!! A RICH COMPANY LIKE AMAZON AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE A REFUND ON FRAUDULENT PRODUCT!!!THEY ARE STILL SELLING THE PRODUCT EVEN THOUGH OTHER PEOPLE HAVE THE SAME COMPLAINTS. AMAZON IS TO BIG TO CARE ABOUT THEIR COSTUMERS. SHAME ON THEM!!!DON’T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!!
ОтветитьFYI you were opening the cans the wrong way. ❤. I never knew this either but all cans are meant to be opened from the top, not the side. (Like your auto opener)
ОтветитьHey, that's not the Air Fryer! (lol)
ОтветитьMy concern/question about the veggie slicer...is that once the blades are dull.....they can't be replaced.....so I am just wondering how long people have been using them before they go dull?
ОтветитьThe measuring cup design isn’t actually new- The Pampered Chef had that product 20+ years ago… And it has a reverse side to do liquid versus solid measurement. 😊
God Bless 🙏🏻😇
I’ve been looking for a quality cable holder for some time. The chopper is also very handy. Many thanks for sharing and not selling products. I hate bloggers selling all the time 😂😂 Love from Spain 💕🌷
ОтветитьDoes the scrub daddy paste clean hard water stains on glass shower doors?
ОтветитьI use the meat smasher for beans to make veggie burgers - does so well!!!!!
ОтветитьI really enjoy watching your very helpful videos. Today’s was no exception…….except that you used the phrase “O my God”. Could I ask you in charity not to use that phrase or any similar ones where Our Lord’s name is “used in vain”. Sadly these phrases have become so common place amongst not only people who don’t know God but also amongst people who do but are not giving God, our Creator ,the respect that He deserves by using the phrase…/word in the correct context…..ie in prayer.
I look forward to you next video. God bless you.
I actually got a "meat smasher", and I wholeheartedly prefer a spatula. It's the one thing that I was so disappointed in. The raw meat gets stuck in the crevices and it just seems like it takes more muscle than need be. I prefer a sturdy spatula, but that's just me.
ОтветитьI don't know why you saying "knife scissors" made me laugh so hard, but it did! It is the perfect description for the product though 😆
Ответить🎉Great tips! Love the meat masher! Also smashes microwaved whole potatoes. I keep those annoying! cords in place by using elastic bands around my small appliances. 🔌 I just make sure the elastic holds the middle of the plug down. It works.
ОтветитьGreat video 📹& congratulations on 1 million subscribers, amazing.☆
ОтветитьThe meat mashers I have bought (including the one linked here) have always melted :(
ОтветитьWe say “button” the same way.
ОтветитьI have the exact same stand mixer. Nice!
ОтветитьI like that can opener’. It would be great to use with my arthritis.
But that adjustable measuring cup isn’t new. It’s a copy of a pampered chef one. I have two of them! I think you were just too young to have known about them, but people were buying them.
Would be great when making “ bowls “ !
ОтветитьI got my meat masher at Dollar Tree. It's a pretty red one.
ОтветитьAmazingly Reviewed! We'd love to see you review and test one of the * smoothie blenders* from one of our videos to get such deep user feedback.
ОтветитьIl need to get one of those can openers. My manual ones are rubbish and my hand always cramps up and ots painful :(
ОтветитьI'm 50 my mom had an adjustable measuring cup my entire life. I believe the original was the "metric wonder cup"
Honestly most of the items arent original. Just reconfigured/repackaged. Some might be improvements, but not new by any means.
Oh I love how the chopper comes with the tidy container!!! ❤
ОтветитьDoes anyone know if you can use the veggie slicer for cheese?? I hand shred small blocks of Parmesan cheese when preparing certain dishes. I'm wondering if that would help save time.
Ответить😮 😮 this has been the ONLY video that I will 100% but ALL THE THINGS
ОтветитьThe plunging measuring cup was made by Pampered Chef maybe 20 years ago. That’s definitely not a new reinvention, but still is pretty cool. I always liked it for measuring things like peanut butter.
ОтветитьI bought the cylinder measuring cup...took almost 3 days for the inside to dry after washing...I will give it another shot
ОтветитьOh no! The measuring cup is unavailable😒
