ОтветитьI freaking love cooking on stainless steel. The water test works. Once the water beads and makes around and doesn’t sizzle, add your butter or oil. It only takes a couple seconds after that before it’s time to add the food.

ОтветитьI just attack the pan with beef tallow or ghee or avocado oil, works for me. I ain't gonna use Teflon cause I heard is toxic.
