Yes, you'll need your foam roller for this one! We rolled EVERYTHING! Good guidance if you haven't done much rolling. Just follow along. If you don't have a foam roller, you MIGHT try rolling up a couple of Yoga mats together and tying them near the ends with twine and you should roll nicely. Your body will buzz but your mind will sink deep into relaxation.
