If Adulthood Had A Job Orientation Day

I wanted to be an adult so bad until i hit 35 when i realized it was never going to happen.

A lot of these problems are caused by the sedimentary lifestyle most adults take. Regular exercise can prevent back pain. And keep you from aging as quickly.

Granted I slept on the couch for two nights and now my neck and shoulders hurts. And I am only in my 30s early 30s

I'm 32 & after a year of yoga + pilates, I'm back to running up the stairs to the studio on my hands & feet like some kind of stair climbing animal! 😂❤

Exercise isn't super easy, DEFINITELY an inconvenience: but if you find a good gym or yoga studio with classes you can attend every week?
The routine does eventually start to feel like an adult version of recess or gym with a bunch of your workout friends! ❤

Plus, if you do it for enough time, you'll be able to "reject adulthood" & "return to stair climbing monke" ... at least for another couple of decades!

The hardest parts of being an adult, is doing what your parents taught you, without ,"becoming your parents." Example, groaning when inconvenient things happen, but being the adult patient person. Another example, telling your kids to do something you can doso.wth8nt

yesterday i threw my back out. walking to the kitchen. 10ft away. with empty hands... so yeah your body wants to kill you.

Once you hit 30 it all goes downhill. It's like a switch gets flipped and your body's like "welp, time to start breaking down now!"

Despite being closer to 40 years old than 30, the only conclusion I can draw from this video is that I'm not an adult.

I'm 55 and still do most of the same things I did when I was 18--go to shows (often the same bands, because bands don't break up anymore), go to parties at friends' houses, drive, ride, work on my vintage cars and motorcycles, go sailing, and two years ago I took up water skiing. I do sometimes have back pain. :-)
