Hello, how to use ac servo angle control??
ОтветитьDo you need a PLC for running that Servo or only the program on your computer?
Ответитьcan this run with 120 ac
ОтветитьPlease I need your help, I sucessfully run the motor spining, I did exacltly the same as you did, but when I want to change the direction to CCW it doesnt work, the motor just stops, I tried do it manually setting Pn097 wich is for enable CCW and CW rotation but bothe of them only rotate in one direction, please someone help :(((

ОтветитьHello sir please share me contact number your distributor (India)
ОтветитьI have the same servo in a Chinese plotter when I move the y axis, the left one moves immediately when the right side has a small delay. The second question, should this servo hold the brake when the machine is turned on? I mean can I turn the motor over with the power on?

ОтветитьHello, what is that software you are using to test the servo. It's coming with the pack
ОтветитьSir please tell us to buy servo motors
ОтветитьDoes a single phase servo motor work without a capacitor and without future problems??
ОтветитьHey, thanks for your video. My AC Servo Motor 80ST-M02430 is always in rotating state. Once I turn on the machine, the servo motor start rotating by itself. How do I fix that? Thanks
ОтветитьHi, I have the 80ST-M02430(220V). It is running slow and in the wrong direction. Please help us.
ОтветитьНе могу нормального видео найти как эту ебань подключить и настроить(((((((((
ОтветитьNicht hilfreich
ОтветитьThis video is very good, it helped me a lot. Thanks!
ОтветитьThanks for sharing this video! I'm trying to make up my mind on whether to go for hybrid steppers or AC servos to upgrade my CNC. The second choice scares me a bit as I am not sure I'll be able to set them up correctly.
I've a question on AC servos that maybe someone could address, do they always draw the nominal power (e.g.750w) even when they are stationary or move with little load or the current drawn increases with load? As the electricity cost is rising everyday in not sure if hybrid steppers would be more efficient energy-wise.
Can help turn on servo drive pin, in technical data, I see need swich terminal 9 and 6,but I see in your video, never show it
ОтветитьNo details explained? Connection details not explain? You made a movie only. Totally dislike
ОтветитьThanks for the video. I am curious whether you needed to connect the PV open collector input power pin, and the voltage/ground pins 9&10?
From your spec sheet you provided the pulses are working at 5V?
Would you please write your email to send apic about the problem
ОтветитьORSA series AC servo , how to turn it more than 7,it didn't work on the motherboard! If you have parameters I appreciate you ❤
Ответитьhi when i setup my assd15 to the speed control function u did.. nothing hapend... dont understand the problem... do i need only wire pin 13 and pin 25 or do i need more wiring????
thanks!
Hi, your videos already helped me alot. Thanks for that.
I have the same 750w servo and use it as spindle drive for my diy router with mach3 and one of these chinese 5 Axis breakout boards with parallel port. Right now i use it with PWM.
It works good for now, even though the rev is not accurate. If i set 200 rpm, i get like 240. But thats not my real problem.
Actually I would like to use it for rigid tapping too, but i can't really figure out how.
What i understood so far, is that i need to use step/dir and some relays for negative voltage.
But i really don't know how and which one's. When i set step/dir, i only heard a clicking noise of the drive, but no moving. I couldn't even set this successfully.
Could you give me a short instruction how to do this? I would be really glad if you could give me some help on that.
Thanks in advance
Question, did you use 2 110v phases in order to make it work?
ОтветитьCan I set Pn158 (relation between analog voltage and rpm) to 600 and use an Arduino (0-5V) to control the speed?
ОтветитьThank you. A great video guide for me on setting it for step-dir mode.
ОтветитьWhat is the difference between a servo motor and a step motor?
Ответитьc'è qualcuno che lo ha collegato come mandrino su una nvem v2? grazie
ОтветитьCould you please tell me what is the connection to the PC from the drive? Is there an example software how to control the servo from a computer? Thanks!
ОтветитьIs it possible to control this with an Arduino? Best regards.
Ответитьhow to fixed Er.136 on inovance servo drive ?
Ответитьnice video there do you have a way of troubleshooting to know whether the driver receives pulse or not?
ОтветитьHow much does this unit cost I need to run at 900 RPMs
ОтветитьCan you provide the connection information (and parameter settings) for +/- 10 VDC operation?
ОтветитьThank you for quick setup - working at first time. Check my CNC in channel. Good luck :D
Ответитьhi,
i have same chine servo as yours and i setup with analog speed control and its working the only problem is when the drive is on the motor turn even the 0-10 volt is not yet introduce. is there any parameters that i can edit.
thank you
Rex
Thanks for your swift and helpful reply. I'm setting up mine in analogue mode 0-10V & no reverse. The lathe has a screw on chuck, so reverse is disastrous! I tried Step & Dir on spindle, I could get it working as an axis drive, but couldn't work out how to configure it with mach3 turn & pokeys57 for a spindle. Feedback from pokeys "Unfortunately, PoKeys devices do not support step/direction controlled spindle motors. You can still connect the spindle motor as the A axis" . Once I got that news, it was a bit of a deal breaker with the pokeys board. and will be looking for something else in the future. So, I switched plans and set up as analogue 0-10V for now. It is working, but, as yet haven't got the encoder feedback sorted. The manual recons it needs 5v+ using pins OZ & ground - if I'm reading it correctly. I wired it directly to the pokeys fast encoder and nothing's working yet.
ОтветитьThanks for the video!
What program did you use to program this servo motor? could you provide a link, thanks Luis
I just received mine, 2.6kW for a spindle.. now its a task to figure out how to hook that up to my MESA 7i96 board :)
ОтветитьMan! What an interested video, exactly what I needed.
What tuning program are you using on your laptop?
New subscriber here, thanks very much!!!
amigo bom dia estou com um servo drive desse mais nao esta ascendendo o dispay tinha uma peça queimada fechou curto circuito fica piscando um led na placa eletronica sera que tem mais componentes em curto?
ОтветитьSir, how do you configure for both position and velocity mode? How do you output the position command and change to velocity in your gcode? Example in velocity mode, you use M3 or M4 followed by S2500 for 2500 rpm. Then how do you switch to position mode and send command say A270 F200 for 270 degrees and feed rate 200 respectively. How does you controller able to switch between the modes ? I presume the servo only uses step/direction pulses and no others.
ОтветитьDo you have the link to the manual?
ОтветитьHi,
I run my drive on 110v in speed mode and it only reaches 2000rpm instead of the max of 3000. (even when using jog mode so not an issue with external voltage)
I set all parameters as described in the video. Any idea why it won't reach max rpm of 3000?
pn2: 1 speed mode
pn158: 300 (should give 3000 rpm at 10V input)
pn168: 0 (ext. analog voltage)
Did you wire 5v power supply to pulse+and dir+ with chain and pulse- and dir - to BOB just like the ordinary stepper motor? Thanks
