hey quick question im an amazon re seller as well been doing this for 2 years i have an LLC also a sellers permit but when it comes to doing business with distributors to get wholesale prices they want you to have a brick motor store some of them even a DUNS num witch i have now, do i really have to tell them I resell on Amazon ? what can i do to get wholesale prices?

This sounds like creating a private label without actually making a private label.

We have our own business, LLC, and are looking at suppliers directly. I’m sorry if I’ve missed it (watched twice) but how is this different than a private label?

Other videos I’ve seen have detailed contacting distributors themselves and saying “hey I can improve listing quality etc, can we form a partnership?” And sell under their listing.

Am I wrong, or is that the differentiating from going to brands vs suppliers? Sorry!

wholesaling seems better but more risky. Because someone can come in and win the buy box over you and then you left stuck until they sell out of that product. What are your thoughts?
