If your husband or wife is cheating or abusing you and you can't take it leave, divorce, separate, don't stay in a forced marriage only to end up taking a human life, how ever you see it, a life was lost and that is a bad thing.

It is very interesting how, by the end, they realised the most important thing: she was a TV person who had access to every possible plot to make her story believable. A clever person who used every resource available in her own job. Now we see this every day, because we just google for information, but then you could only know how to deceive others if you read a lot of psychology books or had a lot of psychologist friends and talked to all of them for weeks, since there are a variety of approaches as what would be the best course of action. But this one had everything she needed at hand.

I don't yet know the outcome and - no spoilers. The gun is........a problem. That it was loaded is.............a problem. The judge ruled out testimony about consulting for divorce and the jurors respect this BUT....this doesn't change the fact. She had the option of divorce and had ruled that out............we know this because there were no current divorce proceedings in play. It doesn't matter what the judge ruled out or that any conversations she'd had were hearsay.

Regardless of that being excluded, regardless of that she did/did not discuss it often with her friend, regardless of any reason she may have had to rule it out....she had the solution to her problem that anyone has.

So......the loaded gun becomes a problem. That wasn't her only option, she had and always had another way and didn't take it. That is premeditation. Murder.

Only been chosen twice and served once . Luckily it was a short 2 day trial involving a drunk guy who they were trying to prove if he had gotten behind the wheel or not . His lawyer only defense was he didn’t have shoes on in the cops body cam video as he was attempting to open his neighbors door smh

The man juror with the moustache who had already pre-determined the first degree verdict, should not be in the jury.

Hey. I don’t think 🤔 they should come down so hard on Mister Raymoise so hard. He was truly remorseful and sorry 😢 and was trying to apologize I’ll admit that I didn’t like his attitude from the very start. However, in this particular case, I felt bad that everyone was jumping onto him. So in such of a hurry to get to blame someone for something they did. 😡😡

About isolating her from other contact. We read that that’s classic behavior of abusing people. They isolate the person that they are abusing from the other people who would care about them.

He was deliberately mean and cruel and enjoyed humiliating and physically causing her great bodily pain. He repeatedly raped her making sure that it hurt her. He humiliated her by letting the other women have sex with her and forcing her to have sex with them. Have any of the other men who have admitted having sex or or affairs with other women been that cruel and physical abusive to their own wives at the same time they were having an ongoing sexual affair??? That doesn’t seem to have come under consideration. 😱😱😱🥺🥺🥺😩😩😩

I had the first-degree verdict in my mind after the defendant's own testimony. Very little of her testimony could be corroborated because it was conversation between her and her deceased husband. And the way she tilted her head downward and to her right before straightening her head with flowing tears and a sobbing voice made me suspect that she had rehearsed that display of tears and sobbing for the jury.

Frankly, the captions aren't always accurate, e.g., incorrectly put as 'immense lot', when it should be 'manslaughter'. It can be hard, but democracy is also involved in Jury Room.
