One of the best shirt grab techniques I have seen. And so casual. Version #2 was quite unique, and it results in a "topsy turvey" outcome in a few seconds. The moment the head went under that arm it changed the attack advantage reality instantly because the angles completely flipped.

I love these video's because i'm learning kickboxing i know i don't need these for kickboxing but its always good to know about them but is it really necessary to keep chucking the dude onto pebbles? Pebbles hurt if you fall on them should use a mat aha and don't say pebbles don't hurt they do there's a lot of sharp pebbles
