I eat clean do 50 to 70 miles of mountain biking a week no drinking no smoking . V low sugar intake but still never able to get better then picture 2 in my life 😂 even if i lose 50 lb
ОтветитьMan after I graduated I went from 325 to 255 in 6 months(being poor does wonder for the diet). But then the three demon holidays pulled up(Halloween,Thanksgiving, Christmas). Back to 290. Didn’t think I was gaining weight that fast. I was eating a bit more, but it wasn’t a crazy surplus. So I’ve been a little confused. Started back on my path two days ago and yesterday morning I weighed myself and was down from 290-285

Truth is if you do drop a large enough body fat to expose your well earned six pack all that skin now empty of fat is going to hanging down like curtains . Once you get the slightest bit fat your skin will remind you forever

ОтветитьI used to be pretty lean several years ago. And then i just got lazy. I got up to 315lbs and two, almost 3 weeks ago now i decided enough was enough. My doctor discovered I also had extremely low testosterone which seems to be hereditary now. I now on Perscribed testosterone and im going to the gym 1-2 times a day for 1-2 hours 5-6 days a week. In 2 and a half weeks i went from 315 down to 297. Its amazing what a basic diet and a challenging yet not overdone workout routine can fix. It actually motivated me like crazy. 4 am comes early, but by god as soon as i start my workout, i feel like I can go all day.
ОтветитьStart building muscle straight away.. even if it is high rep 5 kg free wieghts.. nothing burns more energy than building muscle.. Excluding digestion of course.

Love the videos and have to say drink every day between 12 and 18 cans cider eat 1 to 2 meals a day hate the gym as most people watching other people I'm 54 yrs old suffered with depression for yrs do eat healthy. But drink is my demon feel stuck in a rut got lower back pain daily any advice would be appreciated busy work life not much time to myself

ОтветитьThis is why I’m so discouraged. I’m doing the work of a guy 5-10% lower than me. I’m eating well, watching calories, doing LISS 5-7 hours/wk, 18-21 set workouts 3-4/wk, and I can’t shake 225-230 range.

ОтветитьAccording to 5 star nutritions thing I’m 20.5% body fat percentage.. but it’s legit ALL in my belly. I started the gym again, which I’ve been going 5-6 times a week. Doing push/pull/legs mix. Doing 15-30 mins cardio each day and 3-4times a week doing abs.
