Great video and beautiful looking truck. DAF has come a long way. Just a question?? why don't they make the sleeper cab the depth of the wind deflector? Even more room.... On all trucks i mean!!

We run daf merc and volvo. The new xg 530 we have is the lightest on fuel. 1.5 mpgs better than the 530xf on the same work and driver.

I used to love Daf. But i passed a Dixon one today in Cork, real low to the ground, no mirrors, it just looked all wrong

it will soon be back for re calls software up dates and crank bolt replacement amongst other issues nice truck but i don't as good as previous model

Are wheel chocks law over there, or just more for truck that will be ferried?

Actros l gigaspace has more storage room..and a flat floor..

Great video Ian. Those XG+’s have certainly come a long way since the XF95 I used to trudge across Europe in back in the late 90’s. Though to be fair the seat & bed were both amazingly comfortable. Happy New Year from Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿👍🏻

I will watch this later on but we got a brief rise in temperatures here in Upstate NY and I’m out washing my old truck. She is a Holy show with grit , salt and all the other substances winter brings. Looks a good truck as you say came on a lot in recent years.I only drive a DAF XF once it was ok but those new XG seem a lot better
