The public can take heart in knowing the satisfaction, he was found when still alive, and he got really mad and he died knowing F**K I AM NOT CRACKPROOF !!! lol (he lived in Perris since 85) The ciphers were just language translations, you solve them, you see his name staring at you in English. We finally found him Guys. SFPD, SFFBI, FLPD, Crypto Assn, DoJ - all know and have known. He had been living like a hermit chameleon since 85 in Perris.

Look------- I am a convict who gave my cellmate a yes knod that I would come out and let you guys know that the Zodiac killers name was Richard Mangan who changed his name to Ralph Mangan who's sitting in the front of two flags in the early nineties before I met him. All the outgoing mail from SQ to his son and grandson I wrote when I was there because of arthritis and oddly looked at the crossword puzzles that he handed me to look at but his arthritis didn't effect his writing on the crossword puzzles and the same lower case a.

The cyphers were and are useless to identify the Zodiac Killer, a fact that Zodiac himself knew, when he sent cyphered letters to the police, as a ruse. The real and only way to identify the killer, is to compare the PRINT SIGNATURE of the suspects to the PRINT SIGNATURE (lower case) contained in the Zodiac letters.
