Is there a point for the pupil? Then, instead of track the eye (not really useful) we could track the pupil and see how much it goes to the border of the eye, and the mouse would follow. Head remais still.
Another option in to track nose tip, and depending how far it travels from the center, we can map where in the screen it would point. head tilts, but do not need to pan, body remains still.
