@Mada Dardeb; Yes, Yuuka can do a double spark; it appears in her stage six battle in this game instead of stage five :3 

Can't she shoot two master sparks? I think that's one of her spellcards in IN and Silent in Sinner Blue(not sure of exact name).

Marisa, in The Grimoire of Marisa, shamelessly states her policy of stealing/copying spells she likes (the standard being the most powerful and the most flashy.) She can't copy Yuuka's Dual Spark since she can't create copies of herself, though.
