14000 off per square feet? Oh wow. The builders we are getting quotes from must be greatly unaware of these prices...I bless God for more reasonable persons in my circle. There is no way the regular man can afford to build if that were the price everyone was asking... no way. The material price yes...but the builders we've spoken to have prices per Sq ft that aren't even half of that 14. For which we are eternally grateful!

Very good, however if you are going to quote prices i would suggest ypu quote the pre covid prices along with the 2021 and 2022 prices. It will make more sense to the lay man.

I get what you are saying and trying do help persons.... But your numbers are off..... Thes are some rich people figures lol, I watch your video before I started my construction and got nervous same time when I saw the cost 😂, I just complete my decking and I have 12'1" ceiling and I have spent $4250 per sqft and it's a 2000 sqft home (can check out my channel to see the rendering)....

With all that said to lower price, do prices comparison and always call multiple hardware stores to get the best prices
