Or is scam using a phishing website ?

I just noticed the commission+ transaction fee on my first 2023 shop order amounted to 7.5% which was a shock. I haven't noticed the other new changes yet but i am quite apprehensive on what is happenning on shopee. First you can no longer stack vouchers (lazada still do) and now this. I thought the changes wouldn't be too big omg.
