Is it dangerous to this exercises if I'm feeling like I'm in danger of rectal prolapse ? Or is it actually helpful to avoid rectal prolapse?
ОтветитьOne thing that helped me, was to focus on making my belly button go to the floor vs, just bend over, it helped me to not bend my spine. Maybe someone else will find this helpful.

Hi, I got sudden pain in lower left back. From diagnosis it was found that, I had joint infection (ASO titer +ve). In about a year my right illian bone is slightly enlarged as bump and can be felt through by touching right lower back. It's been more than 2 year that infection was eradicated but the pains are still there. Infact more joint are affected now. Sometimes this pain is little rediative in small area of right buttock but not rediating downward to leg. Every joints have cracking sound. Please suggest any excercises that can fix the right illiac bone enlargement.

ОтветитьJust tried all 3 steps and am feeling so much better. I have spondylolisthesis and arthritis in my lower back and so far nothing has helped. I've gone from hiking every week to barely able to walk 10 minutes because of this condition.

Doc could the pain in the same lower bqck and butt be because of SI joint or piriformis? And streteches and exercises seem similar for them right ?
