You know that enforcers killed their parents, resulting in orphaned kids, but did you notice that later Jinx's actions kills Marcus, leaving his daughter an orphan (from what we can tell). This show has some many beautiful parallels and it is a reason why this is one of the most beautiful shows.

there are 4 stages of watching Arcane:
1. A Series based on a Moba game ? thats sounds like a terrible idea
2. Ok this is some decent animation and the characters are likable
3. Episode 3 hits... omfg this is some really good stuff and not your generic cartoon
4. Epiode 9 Ending... this was one of the best things i ever watched

Powder singing this song really emphasize that this song has been sung so much that even a kid her age would know it. The situation in Zaun is so bad it show even through their folklore.

I’m curious to see if Jinx will have sparked a revolution

On my millionth time listening to this song, I just noticed the slight pink tinge to Powder's eyes in the artwork of the first third of this video. Such a good detail, so much like the official poster of Arcane where Powder's hair already spells 'Jinx'. It really was inevitable.

I literally started the intro to this show and paused half way through to find THIS SONG so I could listen to it for awhile.

So looking forward to the next iteration of Arcane, with how amazing the first one was I'm begging the writers, directors, and animators to take your time with this and make it another wondrous gem to be added to Crown of Amazing Stories.

I have watched uncountable films and series and there are so many good and astonishing Soundtracks, but this very song is the only one that gives me tears while watching this scene. until now every single time

Had to come back after seeing the recent ad I found on Instagram, Jinx was humming this again.

Opening the show with little Powder singing and covering her eyes to avoid seeing so much deaths happening is such a direct way to let the viewers know that this show is not for kids.

Ah yes! The scene that made me wanna give them both a hug. No kid should go through this ever.

Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Jesus said to Thomas, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me". There is only one way to heaven. That Way is Jesus and his word of truth. No other can grant us eternal life.

Age of Empires 2 main menu theme has the same first 5-6 notes in leitmotif. Coincidence, I guess.

Omg this short made me realize “The Bridge (Dear Friend Across the River)” isn’t on the soundtrack, I was like “wait there’s a song missing” but nope I was in the wrong.

Also I never skip dynasties and dystopias, I literally replay the whole scene in my head when listening to it🤌🏼🤌🏼

I heard this without the visual on ytmusic and thought it was for bridge to terabithea

I think the exact moment I realized this show was likely as good as people were saying, was Violet's reaction to seeing her parents.

The predictable shock, followed by the fact she visibly tries to compose herself before her little sibling, before the sheer pain of it all breaks her and she crumbles in tears. A genuine gut punch that despite its intensity couldn't prepare me for the drama to come.

Props to Fortiche Productions. The facial animations in this show are among the most expressive I've ever seen, and Arcane's absolute finest bit of craft IMO.

Look. I dont know anything abort, LoL. But this serie is the best serie i have ever seen in my life. Better then games, vikings, walking, evrything. I have seen it 6 times now. I just cant wait for s2 to come out... when it come out. I will be put evrything on hold in my life, and just focus and enjoy watching s2.

I really like Arcane, but the premise makes no sense, the oppressive society largely seems to exist because plot.

Usually this kind of oppression exists because of either racial reasons, religious conflict or because exploiting the populace brings some kind of resource benefit to a society.

From what the series shows us, Pilltover isn't a racially segregationist society, they're highly science based meaning it's likely secular and (from what I watched) I could see no resource benefit in them exploiting the people 'across the river'. Haven't played the game, but it seems like the oppression of Zaun has no logical reason for it to exist, and that's just dumb, it's not how authoritarian states work.

I had this song covered by a dear friend of mine, as farewell for my friend Martin, that has passed away this june on cancer and Leukamia. Rest in Peace my friend....we will see eachother again at the gates to Walhalla.
