How to setup 3CX from Scratch | Registration and first PBX setup

I first ran 3CX as a VM; - it looked so good that I ran it on the metal, - I have never looked back! ...simply enjoying this miracle!!! ...I was thinking about the web hosted versions, - but my rig has way more than 10 user / call groups / trunks........
