Hope you're having a great new year, so far my dude. Keep making those vegan gains. 💪🥦
ОтветитьThank you so much 🥰 it's like you read my mind
ОтветитьOh man, I really need this one. Thanks Ryan!
ОтветитьCan anyone please tell me L sit pull ups benefits
ОтветитьIs tribe free?
ОтветитьThis is why it infuriates me when the gym bros treat pushups like some sort of basic beginner exercise. No it is not. It took me 3 years to get 3 sets of 10 horizontal push ups with good form and full slow and controlled range of motion and another year after that to do it on the rings. I was doing inclines for years and years. Granted I'm 6 ft 11 and was obese when I first started but still... Push ups are a thoroughly humbling and effective exercise when done properly. Most people I know who can do 20 plus have terrible form and do half reps. Full push ups are no joke. Hell... None of the basic calisthenics compound movements are. Especially as tall as I am.
ОтветитьThe pause of the bottom was a game changer for me
In fact I like to pause at the bottom, and pause at the top in full protraction
I've also Incorporated pausing at the bottom in my single leg training to great effect
Thanks. Going to try. Never recovered 100% from my double impigment and frozen shoulder. This maby help a little.
ОтветитьThis video is very good. Could you do a video like this on pullups?
ОтветитьPro tip. If you are good at knee pushups and want to go for regular but you can barely do one rep, go up on knees and down in regular push-up position. Muscles are stronger going down than going up so you can benefit from that this way
Ответить😆😅🤣😂🖖
ОтветитьI've used the knee pushup (variations) as progressions for diamonds, explosives, and archers. I can say from experience that they work very well for progressing.
ОтветитьI've got pushups down. Now, pull-ups on the other hand..........................
ОтветитьGreat video!
ОтветитьGreat video, thank you.
ОтветитьI love this channel. Seriously. It's the only channel, that tells you everything you need to know to be a beginner. Real beginner who doesn't know shit. Without any "bro" bullshit, where someone calls themselves a beginner, when in fact they are working out in any area like box, wrestling, gymnastics, weight lifting, etc. Just pure content for fatties like me who cant hold bottle of pepsi in my hand cuz im getting too tired. I just love this channel.
ОтветитьThank you for the tips! 💪
ОтветитьTook me a whole year to get my first set of 5 Pushups 😅
The Three point isometric still saving my progressions
Can't wait for the B Bars Pro review. Looks super sweet but not sure about that price point
ОтветитьHi brahs, yesterday my power tower arrived and there are 2 holes that dont fit ,can i make 2 more holes into it so i can put the screws? Like im scared that it will break when ill use it and yeah
ОтветитьThanks for your information teachings and motivation of explanation
ОтветитьLike 👍 & comment 💬
ОтветитьThanks for the info.
ОтветитьWhat about doing push ups on your fists?
ОтветитьI do ones laying abdomen down on floor. Just started. The chest muscles and back muscles have to be built up. I can do 10 regular pushups now set of 5. Half way down only but it's a start
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьI like this video
ОтветитьThank you for your tips. Be blessed. ❤️🙏🏼❤️
ОтветитьWhat sort of surfaces are usable for this? I can do 25 on the kitchen counter (3ft) , but it's hard on a char (< 2 ft) so I need something in between - what would that be?? Is there some sort of adjustable surface that could work for this? The difference between a foot off the floor and the counter is big
ОтветитьTuck your belly and butthole in like you are putting on tight jeans (straight body)
Front of chest (mainly), anterior deltoid and triceps
Retraction (shoulder blades swing close together) and protraction
Straight arm plank and pause at the bottom
I can do knee push ups so should I skip all of the incline pushups? Or would it be more effective to start from say 25-45 degree pushups?
Ответитьthanks so much for this, you're the best! for someone that has reached the clapping push up stage and looking for a new harder variation. what would you recommend? thanks! @minusthegym
