Hello, do you know if I can do somewhat seamless transition between scenes or presets? I mean switch between different presets without cutting the sound of the previous presets until I let go the sustain pedal?

Very informative video since I'm not a frequent user of Aum. Would like to know can you download all this sounds into a DAW? Thanks

How can I change quickly between presets in AUM? let's say I have three channels to find with three different instruments that have the sounds bass, piano, horns and they have their zones set. then for the next song I need to switch to a new set of presets that this time have strings, rhoads, oboe and they use some new instruments. If I have a set list of 40 songs is there a way to show a list of the 40 presets and just tap go to the next I'm ready to start the next song? I don't see anything in the manual about presets

I use AUM, but I am an instrumentalist looking to use it as a pedalboard using AU or AUV3 fx. I know that's NOT the original design for AUM, so there are some difficulties in using the software in this manner. This is not a slight of it, just that I'm using a tool in way it wasn't originally designed for.

Thanks for your tutorial. It’s great. I’m beginner from Ukraine. We don’t have any tutorial for musician apps in iOS with our language. I try to use AUM with Patterning 2, DRC SYNTH+LK and it’s ok. But I have a problem with midi connect with Drambo. With my kind of connect AUM controls temp in Drambo, I can comutate it with keyboard in AUM and it works. But connect don’t react for play key. I really don’t understand how it must work. Maybe you know what kind of problem I have. Hope for your answer😅

I've watched some sections of this excellent tutorial three or four times. Here's something I've just discovered as a result: you can connect a LFO to the playback rate in AUM's file player. I've tried it with mLFO and it's brilliant. Thanks again Gavinski. 😃

I'm keen on getting this for my I pad, but my question is actually related to Korg module pro because I can't get decent sounds from it..they sound thin & weedy with no substance with the exception of the organ, clav & electric pianos.. the sounds within say " garage band " & Sunrizer are vastly superior in their quality & depth yet people rave about module pro and I have 6 downloads and the service pack download for layers yet the sounds are 20 yr old Casio arranger at best and unusable when compared to my Roland VR700& Korg Krome!Am I missing something ..I'm almost ready to delete Korg Module! Perhaps you may know my " rookie error".thank you, I look forward to following your videos once I have the app uploaded and I can follow the steps on my iPad while I watch on my phone

So I'm a complete newbie and moving over from traditional keyboards thru a mixer, to A weighted Midi controller, so all your tutorial is based on the on-screen keyboard..how do I link my midi keys to the app or will that be automatic?

Great info! I’m pretty late to the AUM party but what I’m interested in is using AUM as a backing track/file player while connected to midi gear(synths/drum machines) in a live band or DJ gig type setting. It looks like AUM could be a great resource for what I need.

What I’d like to know is ….is if I was doing a live performance with AUM & let’s say I want to do 10 songs. What I need is to be able to have my songs loaded into AUM as separate sessions I’m guessing….(?) So then I’d need a way of going thru each song track by track(1,2,3,4..etc) in the performance. Other than manually clicking on each preloaded session ….is there another way within AUM you’d suggest doing that? Can a connected midi foot controller to accomplish that? Just looking for an ideal way to advance thru the song set list w/o scrolling thru the sessions to load each song manually….unless that is my only option.

I am new to all of this but think this may be very useful to connect a digital piano to my ipad. I can see it is possible to make millions of unique sounds. My problem is how do I generate the sound I want. For example I might want to cover a song by Genesis, Dire Straights, or any other 70/80’s bands. How do I reproduce the sound they used on the original record?

I've been trying to find a natural sounding Duduk for many years and I found one with World Synth thanks to you !🙏🏻👍🏻Also, I have been trying for ages to re-route a signal with GarageBand and SampleTank from IK Multimedia. Actually, I can't play SampleTank's great drum sounds with GarageBand - even using Audiobus - as it can't consider GarageBand as a Source... Do you think I can do this with AUM ? Re-route the drums in GarageBand as a source and then inject the played drum sounds via SampleTank in a track ?? Thanks for your advice !

Is there any way to make it so when you switch out one AUV3 for another, it will automatically route to what the one you just removed was routed to (MIDI Keyboard I mean). Right now I have to keep making the connection over and over whenever I switch

As a cubasis user, I never use AUM for creating complete songs, I only ever use it to run in cubasis, But this video is very useful... 👍🏼
