How to snap or put a rule for straight line thanks

No proprierty pops out for me

The only problem is you can't measure accurately lenght and height like you can in Microsoft Word or Illustrator. At least for now, just use Word to work and your document and export it to pdf for free instead of all these hassles that ain't free
