High-Value Sewing Patterns & Fabric Pairings with Bri

The Fiore wrap skirt is my go-to pattern. The design is unique & has plenty of wrap over so flashing not a problem. The pocket is huge, but sits flat against your body - I can fit my iPad mini in there when I need an extra hand. I’ve sewn it everything from denim to drapery fabrics. Add extra buttons to easily adjust the waistband size. I’ve also cut the skirt a bit narrower to change the silhouette. It does use a fair amount of fabric, but results are worth it to me. Fiore is part of Closet Core’s Rome collection which includes a top and pant pattern. I’ve made every view and love them all. It’s too bad that CC has moved to a club subscription model, but these 3 patterns are real jewels.

Bri did you do a v neck hack on the Wren blouse ? I had it in my hrad but could nt find it!

I love Lyra in lots of basecloths. I also use the top pieces to hack a shirt or use upcycled table linen tops. Nice video... as ever Bri ❤

Love these suggestions, but I do find they are not very size inclusive. It would be helpful to have a broader range of sizes.

Wanted to watch but washed out. White backdrop and lack of contrast didn't even allow me manual adjustment to enjoy. Hope you consider in future.
