ОтветитьMade this today and followed every step as shown…it came out perfect. After trying so many other recipes this is by far the best. Thank you. The only changes i made were: i used a stand mixer and used bread flour instead of all purpose. If anyone tries this, you won’t regret it, just follow every step. No more store bought bread for me. Thank you again.

ОтветитьI never can get my dough that smoothed but my bread always turns out good. This is the first time making yours and I think it’s way too much butter. It felt gross lol but hopefully my bread turns out good. I know other recipes I do always turn out good but not sure about this one.
Update: Even though my dough didn’t look like yours it still turned out perfect in the oven and the slices look good. I used a shorter pan because that’s all I have but I waited until the dough rise up to a couple inches above pan. It’s still a tall enough bread slice and not small. I wish I had the big pan you have but I have a short one. It’s not small just short. It went okay and glad it did.

ОтветитьHallo, fand das Rezept eigentlich toll. Hab es auch schon ausprobiert aber mit Küchenmaschine. Und da funktionierte das mit dem Teig garnicht. Ich mußte noch 150-200g Mehl mehr hinzufügen damit es überhaupt Teig wird, vorher war es nur flüssig. Heute probierte ich es wieder und das gleiche Ergebnis. Ist Ihnen vielleicht bei der Mehlmenge ein Fehler unterlaufen? Ansonsten hat es mit mehr Mehl dann gut geschmeckt.

ОтветитьThank you for this video and the recipe the texture and crumb of this bread is just perfect I only hope that I can repeat your success I will use oil instead of butter which I’m hoping will mix in much easier or use melted butter it seems as if the room temperature took a long time to mix in so I will make those adjustments but your bread looks beautiful and the texture is just perfect you have Achieved a wonderful success thank you for showing us I will come back to your website😊

ОтветитьA great loaf! Thank you so much for this recipe - I’ve kept being disappointed by my home made white bread and couldn’t find a recipe that I really loved for both sandwiches and toast, but this is the Holy Grail for me. 🥰
I had found your other white sandwich loaf recipe recipe and bought the same lidded tin (which I didn’t know existed, so thanks for that) and I made it perfectly but it’s not a good keeping loaf.
So the first time I made this one I found that there was too much dough for this size tin to allow it to rise enough - I had to leave the lid off. So the next time I just baked two thirds of the dough in the tin with the lid and it was perfect. I made rolls from the leftover dough.
I also halved the amount of sugar and added a bit more salt. It makes the best toast I’ve ever tasted and will be my regular white loaf from now on. I’ve made lots of your recipes and they’re fool proof. Thank you so much for sharing your skill. God Bess you, from a Granny in Scotland.

ОтветитьThanks for the recipe. Excellent bread. I had to modify the recipe because I only had a 12x4x4 pan. So I added 40% to all the ingredients. Except of course the cooking time wich remains the same. Very nice!
