What do I think? I don’t think, I KNOW every single one of these fools is so juiced to the gills that their life expectancy has been cut in half, if not more. What does it matter if you place or win a medal, then you die. Great logic right there, brahs. if You have the lower body and you have no upper body, you got a problem

So if you have the lower body and you don't have the upper body, it is easier to build the upper body. You have the upper body, but you don't have the lower body, you got a problem building downstairs. You got the up- legs on the bottom, it is easier to build on the top, so you don't have much as a problem. Yeah.

What I don’t get is , why did Nathan’s coach feed him too into this show. He was already full…… probably should have stick to his regular meals , and make one meal the morning of the show and he could have won . Even if he was flat , his conditioning would probably have been better 💯. This is open bodybuilding but there’s also a thing called spilling over
