What is the problem with my ipad? It keeps getting error 4013. I even used 10 different cables and it still got error 4013. I even try many different softwares that I paid for and they are scams.

I'm in the middle of replacing the battery for iPad Air A1474 and when I opened it, the logic board was covered with masking tape, which was soaked in some orange liquid (looks like a melted flux) instead normal metal shield.

Do I need to cover logic board with something (anti-static tape or similar to that) or should I leave it opened and just reassemble the product?
