Sim Update 12 For MSFS | What you need to know!

I and others have noticed a problem with trying to pop out certain screens. There is a small flash but the screen is no where to be found. Some screens do pop out like they used too but for me the main pfd and or map seem to just disappear and I cannot locate them anywhere. I have 5 screens plus an ipad that I use for the sim and I really miss being able to do that. Would you happen to know what might be going on or perhaps what else I could try. Has become very frustrationg to say the least. TIA>

What I don’t really understand is why some updates seem ok where others seem to cause so many problems. I realized not all systems are the same but seems like it is feast or famine. I love this sim but it does get frustrating especially when I can’t fly.

As a mad PC builder, your CPU is struggling trying to run that RTX 4080. If you're not planning to go over to AMD5,(sorry I presume you're an AMD fan) then go for R7 5800X3D which are going quite cheap now, or better for flight SIM, R9 5950X which will give you those extra cores for all the rendering. Update your bias, though. However, you will still be leaving performance on the table. I have a R7 5800X3D, and I am not happy with it. I will be updating my SIM rig again to take full effect of the RTX 4080 or 4090. Great Video.

How can i fix the community folder after not changing the name before the update?

That explains some issues like the TBM doesn't render properly. My sim has already updated so should I save & add the community folder after a full reset or is there a better way of fixing the problems? Thanks for the heads up as always Slainte Mike

Excuse my french ! But is it possible that somebody with influence suggeste at ASOBO to modify the MSFS so that when you selecte a knob (turning blue) by the mouse, the sreen get off of the simulation of mouvement of the plan, and so, until we are done with the use of that knob ?

FSUIPC updated 3/22 this update fixed my stutters

I've been watching the channel a while, and dig the content, thanks for your work! A quick suggestion If I may, if your motherboard supports it, it is well worth looking into an upgrade to a Ryzen 7 5800X3D. Just made that move two weeks ago and it is specifically a great upgrade for MSFS. That CPU has quite literally tripled my FPS in game after upgrading.

I Fly MFS 2020 on an Xbox, there are no radio and tv towers simulated on the Xbox version, are there radio and tv towers simulated on the PC version? Thanks!

Apparently FSUIPC is causing issues with stuttering as well if you don't have the latest version.

"Live Traffic" will always be worth looking into, because of XBOX users.

Metar still wildly inaccurate in my UK location,real weather=10/10ths cloud cover @ 4000' ,Metar = 6/10ths @ 3000.Wind is ok though.Asobo must try harder...............

I was making a flight yesterday, after 3 hours of flight, i was on short final and the sim crash to desktop...this can't happen anymore, i did correctly the installation of the update, following a tutorial, anybody experiment the same?

Anyone flying the Cessna Longitude yet? I don't hear the altitude callouts from 500 ft down to the runway. Is there a setting somewhere?

Why after all this time are we still having to mess around with the community folder before an update.
