The only thing wrong with this laptop is that it doesn't have an apple logo. That's it. For that price, this is a crazy, crazy deal.

I bought an unbranded laptop from Aliexpress because it looked like a good deal for the price. That's the first and last time... So many quality issues, it heats up easily and way too often and the ports have like this voltage issue that makes using USB devices a pain in the ass 💆💆‍♂💆‍♀

Use this laptop with an external GPU if possible. That is a nice screen and keyboard.

I would never buy a mystery laptop from Ali or any other site as it means mystery specs. I did buy an old laptop that was "forgotten" but it wasn't a mystery as I had it's model name and the performance was as expected given it's 4th gen overclocked core i7 and 32GB RAM (such RAMs existed back then). Still missed the fact that it didn't have SSD so Windows booting time is atrocious 2 minutes.
Also, needed to scour the web for unique drivers for that model as it came with an ISO windows 10 instead of the original OS

I actually like this for a number of reasons. It's a decent sized form factor, it has what seems like a nicer than usual keyboard for typing in long sessions, and it's got a low-power configuration so the battery life should be good. As a laptop that someone might use for writing, this thing might be a really good idea. I considered buying one just for that!

Obviously, the first thing that I would be doing with it, is killing the software that's on it. It's likely filled with Chinese spyware. 🤣 I wonder if anyone's put Linux on this and has any feedback about it. 🤔
