Guide to Taking Crypto Profits (Advanced Method)

Since I only started collecting crypto at the end of the last bull market I have no profits to take.

Hi. When we sell, is it better to sell for usdt, usdc and keep those stablecoins untill we want to convert those to fiat and cash out..?
I'm thinking, if we should have high gains and don't really want to pull all that cash out, is it safe to keep stablecoins for long..?

do you have a chart that show how much to sell to get your investment back?
. ie. like sell 50% with 100% gain.

75% of my portfolio is in a hardware wallet for long term trading. The other 25% I keep on an exchange where I play around with short term. One of my short term 2Xd the other day. I cashed out 75% of it. It's on the verge of 3X. If that happens I will cash out another 10%. The last 15% will stay til I hit 5X or better. Not sure if that's a good strategy or not. But it's fun to mess with.

Hi there mate, good video. I know when to buy and sell, but what I'm mainly curious about is how much profit to take out. At the moment i am just taking out how much i think the crypto is going to drop, For example, if I think a crypto is going to drop about 5% then I just take out 5% out and if it pumps a tiny bit higher, say 2% then i would take an additional 2% out. Would you say that this is a good strategy? Thanks bro

You know how at the end of a Bond movie, the villain starts a monologue that gives Bond enough time to escape? Bond doesn’t beat the villain, the villain beats themselves. The villain had the movie won, until they waited too long to finish. Your investment is Bond, and you are the villain. If you wait too long and monologue, it’ll get away from you and you’ll defeat yourself. Don’t do that! Win! Pull the trigger and then gloat AFTERWARDS.

Thankfully, my first foray into this space, I managed to sell at the top. I then managed to also see the bottom and repurchased. But I only repurchased on the gains, so I am playing with "house money". But you are right...it IS difficult to time the market, especially when there is so much unknowable information such as what the feds will do. So my strategy at this point is dollar cost avg in and out in a fashion while keeping an eye on TA. Also, regarding those alts in gaming? how do you know which ones will be popular? will they stay popular? I decided instead to diversify in the underlying tech. We'll see how that turns out! Quick question let’s say you get 4000 bucks and you deposit it into an exchange and you put the 4000 into bitcoin and let’s say you make $100 and the next day you cash out at $4100 does that mean you have to pay a 30% tax on 4100 so you just lost a shit load of money or is it just your gains that are taxed?
