Last night I was having a good attempt at ultra hard, I got a bear winning run, but I tried goin to the cathedral cause I didn’t remember that it’s dark room only. I am in pain.

Antibirth soundtrack is really good but honestly I prefer Excelsior

Ipecac, kamikaze, and pyromaniac. Took me literal days but hey I breezed through it

With Black Candle you can only get rid of the extra curses. Labyrinth, Maze, Lost and Blind can't get removed.

I actually had an ultra hard run where I got the pyro that heals you and curse of the tower, when I got hit I just ran to the bombs for hp. Easy win.

black candle does not work for any curses, im doing this now started yesterday got mom to 5%! Its doable but super annoying

Placenta hard carried me through my first ever Ultra Hard run, and so I also beat it first try.
Mine was with luck, yours was with better luck.

Turns out that if you did, you could actually get rid of all the curses if you get black candle

I totally agree with your opinion about antibirth soundtrack. Flooded caves and Mausoleum are the best, and Catacombs, Danked depths and Void are good too.

Just came back to this video to flex about how I beat Ultra Hard too

Took me probably like 40+ attempts, and some sick rng incluiding Book of Rev, Wafer and a Dark Room lemegeton gamble that got me Mom's knife, the only tear modifier that I lost right at Mega Satan mid first phase lol

The only reason I won was cuz I got Bird Cage carrying my ass during the whole fight as I just tried not to lose all my hearts, if it wasn't for BoR, Wafer and Bird Cage I would have died lmao
