According to this DND based dragon classification chart I found, a humanoid dragon would either be a lizard or a lung dragon. (Lung Dragon is half way between a Drake and a Wyrm.)

I love Pontiff's Stand. Mostly because it attacks first. He first sends his shadow to f you up and immediately goes to f you up himself, not caring that he just told you exactly what he's going to do.

Looking back it's kinda funny to see that the embarrassment that were the twinkling dragon stones would come back revamped and roided to hell in Elden Ring. Almost too good, I never not use at least one on my faith builds.

Kinda cool to see how a framework from an early game gets refined in a later one and FROM has shown this throughout the whole franchise.

the reason is that most of their damage is fire anyway

Being as I haven't played DS3 yet, it's pretty disappointing seeing this dragon form. Fromsoft had an opportunity to make you look like a really cool dragon like the gold armor suit in DS2 and totally botched it. Malnourished, short tail, baby deer antler having ass 😂

Turning into a dragon is such a cool concept, but it's just implemented so poorly. Maybe that's intentional, a critique of the ancient dragons and those who aspire to emulate them, but that still doesn't make enjoyable game design.

Dark Souls 1 dragon form is by far the best and it still wasn't that great. The unarmed damage boost made it pretty solid and the breath wasn't bad either. The ones on DS2 and DS3 are so bad in comparison.

I wish they'd take the transformation concept in these games further and make it not garbage.

The twinkling torso stone literally has my favorite skill in the game, it’s too cool to not be used, if there were better poise options it would def be a go-to attack for me.
