Burlak 6x6 Location & How To Unlock It - Snowrunner

If I just started a week ago level 10 but have all seasons can I get this vehicle or do I have to wait and progress through other maps to unlock this?

U don’t have to build the bridge. Drive down the rd cross the brook get the 6x6 done easy. It’s snow runner if u can’t cross a brook you’re playing the wrong game!

My game keeps crashing when meeting with the burlak, any way I can fix that?
