Scoove is a great App but is missing a very important option! Uploading our own scores! That would add great value.

Its such a huge omission from flowkey not to include an optional metronome that i directly disstrust the usability of the app even before trying it out . Its such an instrumental tool for learning timing, why would you not include that in an app meant for learning music?

I personally use Skoove piano and I recommend it

Excellent review! Thank you so much! I have been trying to teach an 8-year-old attached to her device and found concentration wanes. This review allowed me to choose her learning guide (at home with her parents AND with me) based on the way she learns. I also found that I could brush up with the Skoove app if I want to purchase both.

Thank You for the recommendation. I tried all three apps and I went with Skoove. I know nothing about instruments or music, but since my 5-year-old daughter is interested in music. I sat down with her for a week trying out all three apps. Skoove is simply the easiest for both of us to learn and I can guide her with what I've learned in advance.

Is it possible in any of these apps to change from english music encryption (A,B,C,D,E,F,G) to spanish/italian music encryption (Do,Re,Mi,Fa,Sol,La,Si)?

This video is just amazing. Mind blowing. I didn't thought that there was so much. Anyway I literally didn't thought they were any at all. It's nice to be able to watch this, this morning. I am currently doing a piano course online. But the professor is stuck with let it be by The Beatles. I am full of it. I can't find a way to play it. I can't find the beat. So I prefer to practice what I learn on songs that I listen all the time and that I love. It's so much more enjoyable. Thank you! You are awesome.

I don’t recommend using apps to learn playing the piano.

I have to tell you that I find the lack of a whole bunch of contemporary songs to be a lot closer to what I want from a piano learning app, because so much of what has come out in the past 30 years……and I know I’m gonna insult some people when I say this…… so much of what has come out in the past 30 years has been total crap. Add in the metronome feature, and the ability to reach out to a piano professional, and I think that it’s going to be well worth the additional money without having to scroll through endless pages of Adele and Ed Sheeran just to find something that’s worth playing. I think David Bennett had recommended skoove, and I after your review I’m starting to see why. Thank you for covering this.

Excellent video! Just wish these apps were as affordable here in Canada. Simply goes for $22 + tax per month, Flowkey is a whopping $30 + tax per month and Skoove being the most expensive $39 + tax per month.
