Meditation is a type of mental and spiritual exercise which gives you peace of mind .People of all sect try to meditate and get benefit.
In fact human beings need a guideline to find and reach the creator of the universe. Quran is the last and final revelation sent to humanity by Almighty God (Allah).

Dear friends the theme of the budhism is meditation, of course, meditation gives u temporarily peace of mind but in budhism there is no concept of God and you can never find the truth. This beautiful, disciplined and most intelligent universe is not in existence without a creator. Islam and Quran guides you towards truth and real creator of the universe. Hence study Quran in your preferred language.
