I like the quality of life improvements but they went overboard on the ammo types.

Maybe you can tell me how tf am i suppose to use zoom on scopes on Far Cry 6? I tried everything both on the PS5 and the PC version. On PC it should work via scroll up/down and on PS via R3 (while using the scope on a zoom in capable weapon). The controls are default. They don't fkn work on either platform.

I tried the free weekend played. Played alot of hours. Yet I must say I did not enjoy it as much as the previous far cry games. It's ok not bad. Alot to do yet just for some reason did not enjoy it. My opinion.

After I finished everything with McKay in El Elste, I wint to check on Camilla, Clara, Talia, Yelena and everyone to see if I could get started with something new, but there was nothing, no yellow markers nothing, im stuck adn cant keep on playing..

When performing a machete takedown on an enemy, pressing the fire (R2) button will do the 'throwing knife takedown' on an enemy in front of you.

also an SMG or assault rifle with explosive rounds will absolutely melt a helicopter

I know I know, I am late to the party. But! I learned one thing the other day (only played for a few days, or since Epic games sale). If you grab the Supremo with the rocket booster, instead of just jumping backwards and putting most things on fire, you can also use it as a parachute. Just jump forward right before you would hit the ground and you end up doing a normal forward slide instead. Works from all heights. :) (also I am still using the first pistol with a silencer and I am in the end game) That's a cracking little gun. Have fun folks :)

Am I the only 1 that does not enjoy planes in these games? I love flying in games but not in 1st person because I cant see anything

I got this the other day and play with barely any hud on. Never understood the hate it gets. It’s not perfect but it’s pretty good and is like a mix of all far cry games

The only thing that i didn’t like was the lack of skill tree and the fact that you need to get to the workbench just to change the Crossbow round

completed almost half the game yet never replaced the legendary pistol which I found in Du or Die mission on the first island. That pistol is insane, just one shot to the head and any type of enemy is down in a sec

I just picked up Far Cry 6, and so far I think its one of the better Just Cause games Ive played in a while.

Hey dipshit, since anyone with a functioning brain plays on PC (with kb/m like a FPS should be) leave the controller tips out of your videos.

"You change your entire loadout on the fly?" Not true, it's actually a pain to go through the menu and change your equipment in the middle of a mission. They should have a way to save a configuration and easily switch to it while playing, but I think the whole system sucks. The skill trees were much better in previous FC games, not having hundreds of pieces of clothing to switch around. Also you can't change firearm configurations unless you're near a workbench. I don't see how anything is changeable "on the fly" in this game.

You missed the knife throw that you can do after you hold a dead body. A friend had to tell me "Hold L3 while your doing the machete kill to grab the body then press R2 to throw their knife at a nearby enemy." Game didn't tell me that.

2021 needs a 1440p video option and less compression.

It’s like that time I realised I was shitting my bed and it wasn’t just pleasantly warm farts. Hope that makes sense.
It was amazing - incredible comfy warmth but you feel robbed when it is stolen from you as you discover the smell wasn’t just gas and that the heat was, “wet heat” shall we say, instead of the dry heat I previously enjoyed.
All of this has cost me a 4 year relationship (since Cry 4) and she was calling me horrible things like how disgusting I am blah blah we share the same bed blah blah blah.
I’m sure you all relate - I say that’s real immersion when your brain is so immersed you can’t control bodily functions irl. Girlfriends just don’t get it. Weirdos.

So armour-piercing bullets work like regular bullets should, got it. Thanks. Hopefully they don't change that, nothing is worse game design than bullet sponge enemies.

My only bitch really is they have departed from the original line of games by not being about someone who is not a soldier or hero who have been thrown into a brutal world run by evil dictators. I loved in fc3 when you got a new ability you got a new tattoo. I loved crafting the different syringes. This one you just buy a recipe. I will say tho the AI is far better than it was in fc5.

Was really hoping for a return to the crafting traps, i love playing stealth mode in Far Cry but feel this game has dumbed downed the gameplay, The AI is not good enough, pulling back a stick with spikes on it in the jungle was so satisfying when a bad guy triggered it Rambo style.
We really need the devs to add much more enemies in the game, it's the usual gameplay, 5 or 6 bad guys per base then onto the next, give us 20+ bad guys and make it a difficult game to play, I have played and completed every Far Cry game but the AI is poor and the difficulty is non existent, The game is vast though which allows us to play for a long time but the Ubisoft really need to change up their engine for the next instalment, give us pure next gen gaming...in fact, give us a Jurassic Park style far Cry and i'll be a happy man
