Very nice video sir.
Ответить💝💝💝
ОтветитьPlease just get on with it. Words are not necessary. Demonstrate, and we won’t need to listen to many words.
I’m 73 not 93 !
Thank you
ОтветитьThank you for another excellent and concise video. I'm 63 and really need to be mindful of balance problems, especially on days like today, when I felt like clearing out some high cupboards by stepping on a stool. I was incredibly careful and these exercises will help me continue to do essential daily activities safely. Thanks again from Sydney, Australia
ОтветитьI’m 74 with double knee replacements since 2007. I don’t get on my knees, always uncomfortable even on mattresses. Last couple of years been falling. These exercises I will try. I walk around telling myself to pick up my feet. Last fall in November scared me pretty bad. Blowing leaves, stepped off a patio,, not deep and cleared, but somehow went down and hit a low stone bench. Little sratched beside eye and on top of ear. Bleeds some and black eye. Didn’t black out, no dizziness, didn’t hurt much either. I was lucky, could have been much worse. Really need to watch myself. Happy New Year!
ОтветитьI'm 76 and this is the most valuable balance advice I've so far received. My problem started becoming apparent 20 years ago and has progressively worsened. If I'd known then to do what this video taught me, I'd be much more stable today. Heartfelt thanks.
ОтветитьSuch good, safety-oriented instruction. You probably saved at least one person from having a life altering fall. All your videos are excellent, thank you.
ОтветитьThank you sir for this video esp. for us seniors👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 12-29-2023
Happy New Year👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
You talk too

Good exercises - obviously, I'm biased and feel that joining a Tai Chi class is the best way to improve balance - also, the inner ear plays a big part in maintaining balance (as I am sure you know).
ОтветитьToo much talk. Could all have been done in five minutes.
ОтветитьGreat stuff. We put an 8 foot 2 x 4 on the deck next to the railing and we walk at 10 times every day. 🍀
ОтветитьInteresting vidio but too bad you cannot find an exercise or treatment for that terrible arm and hand shaking that you have. It must be very wearing for you.
ОтветитьAll tjis is splendid! but I would suggest that theexcercises are not done near the kettle when it's coming to the boil. If you lose your balance , you might accidentally hitthe kettle, with dramatic results.
ОтветитьThank you for sharing theses exercises. It is a challenge but as you said with daily practice, it will improve. This is excellent
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьNothing ground breaking here. Just skip the B.S. long introductory and get to the exercises. It's just old Yoga balance postures anyway. 1,000 years old.
ОтветитьGreat advice and I will practice it now as I am 77 years old and need to improve my balance
ОтветитьI’m pretty sure that people will begin to see the urgency to improving balance will happen after falling down a few times, and then find themselves afraid of showering due to imbalance. Thanks for bringing this up and posting this video.
Ответитьlooks tough i will try it
ОтветитьHow is playing table tennis to our balance ? I am 83 and play for 73 years and have got excellent balance. No exercises necessary only playing table tennis and try to win.
ОтветитьI just had spine surgery had have to rebuild my walking and balance skills. This should help me a lot. Thku
ОтветитьThank you so much for sharing numerous solutions for balance issues that many people deal with especially those retired.
ОтветитьThank you so much.
ОтветитьSir meri chal ladkiyo ki Tarah bahut matakti h isko teek kse kare men ki Tarah chal ban jay pl. Reply jarur dena apka bahut danyawad hoga
ОтветитьI keep my balance trained by standing on one foot while pulling my shoe on to the other foot, with no touch or support. Keeping my balance while doing that activity is just enough challenge to keep me tuned up. (I'm 71)
ОтветитьThe first exercise is no problem but it's amazing the difference having my eyes open/closed for the second and third exercises. With eyes open no issue but can't do them with eyes closed. Will keep practicing. thanks.
ОтветитьExcellent advice. Thank you.
ОтветитьWe are all sinners saved by the grace of God. Praise Jesus for what He did on that cross at Calvery. 🙏 🙏
Ответить😍
ОтветитьThanks for all of your videos. I am 73 and the caregiver of my 92-year-old mum. I have myself doing a lot of your exercises and her doing some also. This group will be added to hers. I am fortunate that presently my balance is excellent. Thanks again
Ответитьvery good and well explained.
Ответитьif you did all the "just ten minutes a day" exercises people recommend it would take three hours.
Ответитьthanks for your help
ОтветитьThanks for the useful tips.
ОтветитьI never knew how important vision was in balance until I tried these exercises(I am a 75 year old male). I can do up to exercise 2 with my eyes open but can't master 3 yet. It was kind of humbling, as I was a Karate Black Belt in my younger days but suffered a heart attack 6 years ago and was hospitalized for two weeks. Thank you for your inspiring videos as they give me hope.
ОтветитьThanks! I like watching your videos. I have serious balance problems.
ОтветитьSir be practical more than talkative. we want demonstration more n less long explanations. Thanks.
ОтветитьExcellent videos and exercises etc. Thanks, . I'm from Hythe, Kent. Gerry😮
ОтветитьSo appreciate these demonstrations accompanied be clear concise instruction.
Also enjoy the “putting the kettle on”….😊
Your sites are so helpful. Your explanations and thoroughness make these exercises so easy to understand and practice. I have learned so much!
ОтветитьExcellent. I’m 76 and just tripped on the sidewalk and broke my wrist and knee. I’m eager to improve my balance.
ОтветитьExcellent advice. I love it.
ОтветитьThese are very useful, but i will need to come back and re-view these, Could you please make a shorter version? Just the excercise.
( the pain / meds mess up my memory, and I want to get it exactly right)
Oh my! Needed this so much. At 81 everything is going to pieces especially after open heart bypass surgery. Balance was never a problem until then. Now the second exercise shows me how bad my balance is! Yikes. Will be working on this daily!!@ thank you dear boy, you are a God send!
ОтветитьJust found your videos and really find them helpful. Your explain why everything do clearly. My balance has been terrible, and I also recently had hip replacement surgery so that didn’t help my balance.
I need to use a cane because I am really afraid of falling, but I have found a number of good instructors online that give excellent advice, and you are one of the best!! I’m 80 years old but know I absolutely need to keep moving and improve my balance. I do NOT WANT TO FALL!!
Brilliant video, thank you.
Ответитьhahaha, I live alone. There is no way to ever have anyone help me. Ive got it though.
