3. X Jumps
4. Burpees
5. Push up toe tap
6. Jumping jacks
7. Front back lunges - right leg
8. Front back lunges- left leg
9. High knees
10. Climbers
11. Squat jacks
12. Jump rope
13. Squat jumps
14. Reverse lunges
15. Monster burpees
16. Superman push ups
17. Bicycle crunches
18. Skater jumps
19. Wall balls
20. Plank leg raises - left side
21. Plank leg raises - right side
22. Squat burpees
23. 4x high knees - 4x climbers
24. In in out out jumps
25. Side to side high knees
26. Jumping lunges
27. Push up push back
28. Deadbugs
29. 2x Lunge jump burpee
30. 180 degrees burpees

Each one lasts 1 min. No breaks.
My advice: modify the push up and the plank leg raises on the beginning.
Don't give up. With time gets easier. Next day, you'll feel lighter and motivated for whatever it comes in the future.
DO IT ANYWAYS. A bad work out is better than no work out!!

So,from today ill be starting my tone up journey

Day 1 :- Odamn ,this was so bad and tiring i felt almost like dying , but i did this workout around 24 mins but the exercises that were difficult for me i just did running 💨 instead of them but i am very sweaty 🥵 hope to continue this journey till i reach my goal of 46 kgs 😂kinda hard but i will ...

i was not out of breath but my muscles gave up i was not able to jump and do lunges does that makes sense?

This is great. I ran a class last night at a gym and someone complained at the end that it was way too hard. I'm fairly new as a gym instructor and thought perhaps I had HIIT too hard literally. This video is confirmation that I was completely on the right track.

This a great work out but not really HIIT. More of just high intensity which is also great. The interval in HIIT is suppose to give you time to fully recover so that you give your all during the actual workout .

Urgh the dreaded lunge jumps…I hate those! I’m still going to give this one a try anyway. Nothing wrong with going slow and taking breaks if needed.

As a Dancer,I often do intense workouts and stuff,but this was really a challenge for me,I'm glad I could push myself till the end and I really love this Workout,good job to everyone who's doing or trying it❤
