Each one lasts 1 min. No breaks.
My advice: modify the push up and the plank leg raises on the beginning.
Don't give up. With time gets easier. Next day, you'll feel lighter and motivated for whatever it comes in the future.
DO IT ANYWAYS. A bad work out is better than no work out!!

ОтветитьThis is great. I ran a class last night at a gym and someone complained at the end that it was way too hard. I'm fairly new as a gym instructor and thought perhaps I had HIIT too hard literally. This video is confirmation that I was completely on the right track.

ОтветитьThis a great work out but not really HIIT. More of just high intensity which is also great. The interval in HIIT is suppose to give you time to fully recover so that you give your all during the actual workout .
ОтветитьUrgh the dreaded lunge jumps…I hate those! I’m still going to give this one a try anyway. Nothing wrong with going slow and taking breaks if needed.
