the new one is fine it is balanced its just like the classic evil dead franchise mixed with horror and a bit comedy. But for me this Evil Dead 2013 is far more gorier, bloodier and scarier and keeps in the edge of your seat.

I actually prefer this than evil dead rise. This is plain horror and gore. The rise lack in both department, I actually laugh while watching it, But still an enjoyable movie.
