ОтветитьBoth of those are centralized systems (shared purpose/goals/rules). The difference is in whether it's democratic/distributed/top-down-and-bottom-up or totalitarian/fully-top-down. A decentralized system (everyone has their own goals/rules) is fully chaotic and emergent, with fully unpredictable behavior at the level of the whole. A decentralized system is something like language, where everyone uses different words, or the same words with different meanings, randomly, leading to vast dictionaries with each word having many definitions, and communication being more like performance art than engineering. And that's just in a single language! Add all of the other languages and you see what I mean about a decentralized system. :-)
ОтветитьI wasn't too sure at first but glad I persevered.
