Step 1:
Take the utility delta force at half pace the speed of light multiplied by the sum of all atomic mass within 189 meters divided by cost benefit ratio analysis on the y axis multiplied by 89%

Step 2:
Be useful

Usefulness = Improvement (utility delta) x Impact (Amount of people it will affect)
Either the improvement or impact has to be significantly high for it to be considered more useful than the current state of art

I always thought utilitarianism (which I assume is the ethical framework for 'usefulness' Elon is using here) used sigma for its symbol, and not delta, maybe that's what Elon meant but he mixed his Greek symbols up?

Δutility = (current state of the art times * current # of people affect) - (future state of the art times * future # of people affect)
