I still play the game to this day and there's really no multiplayer left. The portal I'd now just there as a decoration and i miss multiplayer so much. the ops mode is the only enjoyable thing left and it truly breaks my heart

since 2016 and now i still play pvz gw2 and i will still play it till the online dies

I actually cried for a grand total of 3 minutes, but then I realised that the game still has a very alive modding community so atleast we can have unofficial game updates

This sucks. May son and I love and have played at ton of GW 1&2 Not so much of Garden Ops that wasnt as good IMO. Anyways we were really hoping for a GW3. Hopefully they at east keep the server onlne. Also I thought they made money on the games. I knoe Ive spent money in game several times. Anyway, sad news not happy ;/ EA always disappoints

youve gotta be kidding. gw1 was my first multiplayer and first shooter. gw2 was the first game i grinded. it solidified my liking of team shooters. this sucks.

The shooters aren’t completely dead, BFN servers are still up so that’s the only way to play the shooters online now

Maybe if BFN wasn't such a shit game then maybe PVZ would still go on. BFN was missing everything that was good about the original 2 games, the satisfying packs, the variants AND THE OLD COIN DESIGN!!! They also changed a lot of characters turning Chomper into shit and adding sprinting which changes the whole game! I think they should've just kept on working on GW2 because it was a lot better than BFN. I'm very disappointed because this is the game that I found met my best friend and my entire friend group in and if I haven't had played this game I think my life would've been much worse.

This is just sad, I miss GW1 so much. I just can’t get over the fact that it’s really over. I just want to play it more snd enjoy it more.

I remember getting gw1 when I was young on the Xbox 360. Then gw2 came out but it wasn’t on the Xbox 360 so I got a ps4. I remember randomly going on the ps store and I saw bfn out of no where lol. Sad that we’ll never get a gw3
