What about not eating meat and less processed food? Because with this diet your body needs to work so much more and it makes higher temperatures in the body. Eat as much salads and fresh fruit as you can, it makes tremendous difference!

Recently a heatwave started in my country and 2 children possibly died and a many people died (INCLUDING MY SCHOOL FRIENDS) they were so young to die💔💔

PRO TIP:
- Rub peppermint oil on your neck/shoulders. It will temporarily inhibit your bodies ability to conserve heat. So you'll feel very chilled/cold for about an hour. The effect is even more noticable with air blowing on yourself such as a fan.

- Keep a spray bottle full of water in the fridge. Soak your shirt with water and wear it wet. As it dries, spray yourself with the cold water from the fridge to continually rewet the shirt with cold water.

haha i live in the siberia, and because i'm close to the north in the summer the sun sets at about 11:00 pm and rises at about 3:00 am so when it's 35°C outside it stays so until the midnight and returns after few hours of cold. summer is so much fun!

Is surviving the heat wave easy or not

It's 40⁰- 45⁰ hitting dangerous heat waves in Myanmar for whole summer. The country is seized by Military for their bitchy reasons and not supporting the civilians well so that they could make sth special for themselves. A lot of ppl died from heat wave without the access of electricity. Some cut for whole week, some got cut for 22 hours per day, some got the power only 15 or 30 mins a day. Which is very devastating and truly experience of hell.

Guys, you have got full power in your country, treasure your gov at least you did their daily basic great for all of you providing the basic needs for you. Cuz in our country, military rules over and killing us slowly and brutally without having regrets or feeling sorry for us. They wanna be so rich and special than the citizen so that you cut everything for our daily basic needs.
