I have a problem with the Huawei phone with Android 8.1.0, namely that after a dozen or so minutes, the Norton 360 Protection Service automatically turns off. Pops up: ENABLE INTERNET PROTECTION IN REAL TIME and in the next window a slider to enable this Service.
The service turns on without any resistance and all Norton 360 functions work flawlessly, but only a dozen or so minutes. Everything is fine on the Motorola E (7) POWER. Norton's support does not want to provide technical assistance because it refers to the sanction imposed on Huawei by the US government.
I do not know what "GINGER FOR THE WIND" has, because we live in Poland and the phone comes from the Polish Distribution and was purchased at Media Markt in Galeria Biała in Białystok. The Antivirus program should protect against possible spying or tracking by the Chinese from Huawei, and not disable such a Service that makes the guilty god of the user defenseless. Where's the Meaning, where's Logic?

NO, NO, NO! used norton vpn on my mac for years. It was never really great, but I put up with slow speeds, slow connects and just plain buggy stuff going on for years. Just went to Nord, like a breath of fresh air. Maybe Norton is more reliable in the PC world, but they dont know Mac isht! Nord is just much more polished and professional on the mac.

I Wouldn't use Norton VPN unlike other vpn that I use will allow stan and etc it will allow netflix only when you download any torrent sites it turn off I wouldn't use this vpn it crap 0 out of ten

to see if it works you need to look at the ip adders of the vpn you are conected to. Then go to whatismyipaddress dot com and check the speed before you turn it on and after, it should be slower with it on. It dont work for me shows my ip and location not the vpn server

I just tried it and this doesn’t change my location in the web, I tried Netflix and BBC news and asked google my location it all doesn’t change. So what’s the point in the locations, just the speed because they are closer? It says you appear to be in X country but appear to who? A frog on LSD?

So in conclusion the Norton VPN slows down your internet connection which is a bummer. Is there a way to fix this? I already purchased the Norton Deluxe antivirus that includes this VPN and I want to make the most of it but I found that my internet speed is significantly slowed down. Honestly Norton VPN sucks bad. It doesn't have the highest encryption. It signs you out sometimes every hour, or after a few days, making you have to sign in again (it's random). The only positive thing about it is that it's user friendly. But the fact that it keeps signing out randomly, and you need to retype your password every time (followed by SMS verification each time) makes it a real pain. Because it signs out so much, makes it absolutely not secure, because it's like blowing your own cover randomly, even when you need it the most. When my subscription runs out, I'm definitely not gonna pay for it again.
