It sucks that this manga doesn't make any sense. But at the same time, it does make sense. Or rather, it makes as much as sense as real people who are insanely stupid. There was this story in which the OP lived with her sister who had a kid with a deadbeat loser. The sister finds out the deadbeat loser is engaged and tells on him. She gets blocked and the deadbeat loser calls her to insult her. And this leads to them making another kid. Do not ask questions! This is too stupid to be true! And then the sister flexes on the deadbeat losers fiance who still decides to stay with the deadbeat loser. OP then gives her the choice to abort or she moves out. And since OP is paying for everything, the family scolds OP for leaving her sister hanging. I have no sympathy for the sister. At all. But yeah, people do say reality is stranger than fiction. That is because fiction has to make sense! Reality never makes sense! I do like my JRPGs though. Even if they don't make sense. At least they're fun to play.

I was reading this manga when it had come out i remember reading the oneshot version of it and it was much better. I just stopped reading the actual series since Harems never fucking progress or end good and i hate tsunderes abusing people its not good.

The best harem's are those who arent technically harem but are ; i call them 'subtle harems'

Kosaki deserved much more (along a proper character arc/depth). I like to think she found a man that loves her back as much as she loved Ichijou.
From one perspective you can say that Ichijou got what he deserved. He chose poorly. He's just some guy who got way more affection from a group of girls that he didn't deserve.
You just can't build a life-long realtionship with a person, that you don't have anything in common with, and with you just don't really get along 100% of the time you spend together.

Somebody should make a fanfic story, where all those girls get together after like 5 or 10 years after the last chapters, and they all have found someone they're happy with, and they all agree that Ichijou was a total tool, and that they all had just a childhood/juvenile crush towards him, and it wasn't real love, since they all saw only an idolized version of him, not the real person, meaning that person didn't exist to begin with who they adored.

Meanwhile Ichijou is just beating his d*ck in his traditional house, wearing his traditional yukata alone, all alone.

It's been a while i watched the first season. I was a kid but i had a good time watching it. Might be just SHAFT carrying it.

I’m jk watched the full thing and liked it. I have a soft spot for Nisekoi, considering it was one of the first intros to romance manga (Toradora too lolz). I reread it around a year ago and I still had gripes with the ending; this video really helped me understand more of my problems.

One thing I will say tho that I think you don’t mention enough is just how over the top the manga is. Like with Tsugumi, people not finding out her gender and her falling for Raku out of anybody were very clearly on-going jokes. Your problems with Marika to me could also be explained similarly, as she’s very clearly supposed to be an extreme “dere” archetype (you even bring up how she sends him to an island clearly showing the absurdity of it all). It’s like although I agree with everything you said, I guess I observed the series and it’s characters with semi-different lenses

I've watched your videos a lot recently and i'm really liking your videos, your channel is awesome btw in the video you mention that people whould say that an argument about why the girls writing is bad, is that it's a harem manga and cause of that the girls don't need to be inportant and for debufin this argument i whould recomend the manga Bokuben (Bokutachi benkyou ga dekinai) that is the bes harem manga that i i've ever read and read a lot of these, Bokuben is a harem were all the characters are well written, have personality, have qualitys and flaws, have a reason to like the main character, support each other and are actually friends.
The beginning of the story is not that good but it is worth it, this one of my favorites romcoms and i really recommend you check it out if you also think that Nisekoi is garbage
