Unfortunately Mihoyo really nerfed Diona, because even with C4 she still has the longest internal cooldown on her charged shots, and because of that, she can't trigger reactions. Obviously, they did this so that Diano could not power-creep Ganyu.

i still believe that Hoyoverse(MiHoYo that time) intend Diona to be a DPS character with the Cryo DMG Bonus Ascension bonus and that C4, but failed miserably for having Support-like kit like "what?"

Wow. Hunter's Path looks perfect for this Diona in hindsight, but this had never occurred to me. Her C4 isn't completely useless now and C6 synergizes well with Hunter's Path.
Props to you for remembering Diona's potential and actually executing it to near-full capacity.

I did a 10 pull as a joke 40 pity got this, no idea what to do with it so I put it on diona because collei stole her elegy. Now it's on ganyu because it's better for melt ganyu than amos but I'm now rethinking my decisions
