Fedora 41 GNOME vs KDE: Which Desktop Environment Uses Less RAM?

I use Fedora 41 Cinnamon.
It uses around 1-1.2 GB RAM (I have 12 GB) after boot with dnfdragora and gnome software centre in the background.

The difference in RAM consumption is so small its just laughable

Although the difference in RAM usage between both DEs is minimal, I couldn't help but notice that the GNOME DE consistently utilized more SWAP memory in all the tests. Doesn't that have an impact?
