ОтветитьThis is one of the just informative videos on reverb I've seen yet. Fantastic job!
Ответитьrealise how wonderful spring reverb sound like when use them properly
ОтветитьI would really like to know how to mix different reverbs in a single project. For some reason I thought one was the limit
ОтветитьThank you very much for sharing knowledgeable videos with us sir. 😊❤
ОтветитьIsn't this a little trick if you have a digital sigal and you want it to sound more real (analog) to just add a little bit of reverb?
Ответитьhow do you ever know what to use it on like when they're not good on a kick or whatever else
ОтветитьNice presentation.
The 'spring' reverb emulation isn't even close.
I've been using spring reverbs since 1963 and I'm intimately familiar with their sound.
I've developed a spring reverb in software that emulates the real thing very closely.
Let me know if you'd like to check it out.
Best regards,
Bill P.
Thisisintersting!
ОтветитьCan you please do a masterclass on delay? I feel like the way you teach speaks to me. I learn the most from you. I really appreciate these videos you make.
ОтветитьIt's amazing to see how far convolution reverb has come since steinberg invented it as a process in called "Impulse Response" Nueno 1 back in 2002 as a way of matching studio overdubs to location sound environments in post.
ОтветитьI really appreciate how you're giving the history behind all of these as it really helps to break it down in my head. Thank you!
Ответить🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
ОтветитьI fucking love this channel! You are a God-send!

ОтветитьThanks a lot, my friend! This was very helpful!!
ОтветитьThank you for sharing, learn't something new about reverbs!
ОтветитьThis literally answered all my questions including Spatial Positioning
Ответитьdo you have tutorials about how to combine different types of reverbs during the mix and how to use automation in them?
ОтветитьI swear, every few months I come upon one of your videos and it opens up a whole new doorway in production. Love your channel man.
ОтветитьStep aside Warren huart (your great too😘), this chap and channel is fantastic. You explain things on an ASMR level. Brilliant find was this.
Ответитьawesome vid!
ОтветитьHi
ОтветитьAs a guitarist who hasn’t yet seem this video:
Spring - old school 1960’s amp sound
Room - natural sound
Hall - larger than life sound
Church - epic sound
…Let’s see how close I am lol
You are awesome musician!!!
ОтветитьSome studios just used a hallway, the stairwell or even the elevator shaft! These were the days that it mattered what studio you chose to record with. They really did have their own unique sound.
ОтветитьNice, not only did I learn about Reverbs, but also what an IR actually is and how it is made. This is a big thing in the metal guitar community for all the different speaker cabinets
Ответитьso you're telling me i can record the steam room sauna reverb sound/effect and implement it into that type of reverb plugin? im always singing in there and just love the way it sounds.
ОтветитьReally love your channel man. I'm an amateur musician and recently started delving into Ableton and production in general. I really appreciate the structure and principles approach you have to your videos, going from the general/basics to the more elaborate topics and derivations of any given subject. Huge help navigating the world of music, thank you!
ОтветитьMind blown!! Even to a non-pro, the amazing explanation of the mechanics behind each example is just mind-expanding. Thank you mate!
ОтветитьHi I'm your big big fans. I use to watch your video many years back. Now your subscribers goes up up . Congrats
ОтветитьAre there plugins that allow you to sustain the decay after you turn the signal dry? Sort of like sostenuto pedal in piano. I've always just created a duplicate track for this effect, would be nice to know if this is a feature or if simpler mixing techniques exist.
ОтветитьHello dude! I started watching your videos. I find them very useful they are very educational. It's helped a lot to clean up my mixes. Well done and keep it at it. I hope you will start your online academy. ;-) And thank you for your effort in making these videos for us!
ОтветитьThis is waaay more than I was expecting. Huge THANKS to You for the amount of information you give and all of that effort. It is much appreciated.
ОтветитьWhat is the full name of the room Reverb add-on in the top right corner? I would like to download it
ОтветитьThanks so much <3
ОтветитьAre you green goblins son lol
Ответитьi actually think spring reverbs can sound fantastic on drums in certain situations. It’s actually a common thing to do in psychedelic influenced music
