Can The Santa Cruz Blur TR Take On These Steep Hills?

I give Dante, on his Santa Cruz Blur TR, a tour of East Setauket Laurel Ridge Preserve on a perfect, dry fall day on the north shore of Long Island, NY. East Setauket Laurel Ridge Preserve is one of the hilliest trail systems on the island and has tons of punchy uphills with fast and rooty, but short descents. It is one of my favorite trail systems to go for a long XC ride, but the high speed downs can be a bit much on the hardtail, so the Santa Cruz Blur TR really shines in this downcountry environment.
