Ответитьguys i gained weight because of bedrest due to a fracture in my right ankle and its still not fully healed so I'm going to skip some exercises which includes ankles work (like planks, side planks and mountain climbers). Please remind me to do this everyday.

ОтветитьGuys this really does work- my waist was 27 inches before now it’s 25! I also did some other workouts but this was my #1! It took me 3 weeks for results btw <3
Ответитьimma do updates! i’ll be doing this for two months (maybe longer we’ll see) for now i’ll be doing 1 day on (doing this workout one day) then either one or two days off (depending on how i feel). you’re suppose to have rest days because that’s when your body actually takes effect of all the work you’re doing (from what i was told at least) i’ll be doing several other workout videos; i plan on doing a full body workout every time. the days i’m off i’ll be walking for an hour or two as well as yoga! i’m also eating healthier and fasting lunch every day :)

Day 2 I did little better but it's hard.. (I'm feeling lot better let's keep going)

Okay so i want to say that I've tryed many time ago many workouts for 1-2 days and i gave up. I found this one, from my first day doing it, my stomach burns, so ig it works. Anyway, I am eating very poorly cuz I don't even know what to eat, so I'm buying every single day fastfood to eat. I will now go search a diet routine that I like and I will do this workout eveyday. Now I have 83 cm in waist, and i weight 65 kg. I will update you guys on how is going evry day...
Day 1 : ⚰️✅️ so i did this for a day and my stomach burned badly at almost every exercise but I'm fine after done it, I could't do all the 45 sec to all the exercises and for example at the russian twist and L&R planks I think I've did 20-25 sec honestly but I'll try harder. Since today is the first day I am still searching for a diet menu too
My weight is now 56 kg and my waist is 30 but i have a big belly 🙂fattttt so i will be doing this for 2 weeks ---
